Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related content, materials, or initiatives described on the Site (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and must not misuse the Services—including attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfering with availability; scraping in a manner that harms performance; distributing malware; impersonating others; or using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or harassing activity.
Sign in with Google
You may register or sign in using Google. When you do, you confirm that the Google account is yours (or that you have permission to use it) and that the information you provide through Google is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your relationship with Google—including authentication, account security on Google’s side, and Google’s collection and use of data—is governed solely by your agreement with Google (including Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy). We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for Google’s services, availability, or policy changes.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe a Google-linked account is compromised, shared in breach of these Terms, or used in a way that harms the Services or other users. Where we offer account settings, you may be able to add or remove sign-in methods subject to technical and security requirements.
Intellectual property
The Services, including branding, text, graphics, layouts, and software, are owned by The Constraint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws except where otherwise noted (for example, third-party components made available under their respective licenses).
Unless we expressly grant permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or reverse engineer any software except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms (for example, community or hosting providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Public code repositories and distributions may be offered under separate license terms found in the applicable repository.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Constraint and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in any separate written agreement between you and us; in the absence of such agreement, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States (excluding conflict-of-law rules) apply. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
